Symptomatische Partial- und Komplettrupturen der Supraspinatussehne mit funktionellem Defizit und/oder Schmerzen.

Spezifische Kontraindikationen: Sehnenretraktion > Grad 3 nach Patte, Muskelatrophie > Grad 3 nach Thomazeau, fettige Infiltration der Muskulatur > Grad 3 nach Goutallier, bereits fortgeschrittene Omarthrose und Humeruskopf-Hochstand (Rotatorenmanschettendefekt-Arthropathie), obere Armplexusläsion.
