Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden die skelettalen Läsionen beschrieben, die klinisch und radiologisch einen tumorähnlichen Aspekt aufweisen, in ihrem biologischen Verhalten aber keine neoplastischen Läsionen im engeren Sinne sind. Die Darstellung umfasst die Pathogenese, Lokalisation und Symptomatik, Epidemiologie und Manifestationsalter sowie die morphologischen Befunde, die in ihrer Relation zu den Befunden der bildgebenden Verfahren (Röntgen, Schnittbildgebung) abgehandelt werden. Die differentialdiagnostischen Erörterungen berücksichtigen neben den morphologischen Befunden die Zusammenhänge zu Bildgebung, Lokalisation und Manifestationsalter.
