Abstract

This section contains seven study chapters on e-learning, which vary in terms of research topics, contexts, methodologies, and perspectives. The studies cover the issues of formal or/and informal setting in which e-learning operates. Readers will find that studies cover K-12, higher education, corporate, or lifelong learning context in terms of learner groups as well as single country, multiple countries or global contexts. Literature review, interview, and survey are the three research methods conducted in this chapter. After all, readers will meet key research themes including learning, instruction, design, technology, culture, and policy issues within this section.
