Abstract
Digital technologies, a phenomenon that has been in search for a few years. This appearance is linked to the implementation and the dynamization of the industry 4.0, to the progress of the digital technologies but also to the specificities of the competition context, particularly in terms of complexity, uncertainty and great dynamics.
Therefore, in order to be able to do so, companies must now integrate digital technologies into their supply chain management systems because they create a competitive advantage through the availability of the product offer, the reduction of costs but also the increase of market shares. They also enable the integration of practices that improve access to information, increase responsiveness and collaboration capabilities, and even agility.
This article examines, through a systematic review, what the scientific community says about the main technologies and characteristics of digital technology adoption in supply chains.
