Abstract

In the aim of a more sustainable and intelligent growth of Distributed Electric Systems, this paper presents an overview of fundamental power management ideas and technical difficulties for smart grid applications. Several possibilities are outlined, with an emphasis on the potential technical and economic benefits. The paper's third section looks at the fundamental issues of integrating electric cars into smart networks, which is one of the most important impediments to energy management in smart grid growth.
