Abstract

The article describes the technology for creating video content to provide web resources for distance learning. The implementation that the authors describe consists of a sequence of three phases. The first is to determine the ranking of video content, development of the course, education and educational purpose. The authors also came up to complement the learning phases with reflective activities structured through instructional videos. The second stage is to create a communicative video content script. In this phase, researchers present a development model based on the implementation of the activity approach. The third stage is choosing a suitable video content creation software. The proposal is a polyisomorphic model of semantic features to describe educational video content creation services. Features are defined: instructions for use (purposes); didactic useful function (characteristics); Ergonomics of the user interface (composition characters); synchronization of services with other services and (signals of interaction with other systems). In addition, a matrix is presented that illustrates the practical application of the model and reveals the results of the investigation of identity features. The researchers present a qualimetric-based factor-criteria model for assessing the effectiveness of instructional video content. The proposed technology makes it possible to present scientific approaches to the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of video content.
