Abstract
The emergence of E-learning technology has revolutionized learning in the workplace which has put more emphasis on lifelong learning. Despite such technological revolution in education, adoption of learning technology remains poor, discontinued or mainly rejected by learners. That’s interested researchers to study learner motivation and engagement in learning process. In this context, we study the effect of learner’s satisfaction on their intention to pursue learning, considering the relationships between the motivational learning variable (perceived utility, perceived ease of use and acceptance of technology) and the perceived quality, and between perceived value and satisfaction. The present study aims to verify our hypothesizes and propositions through studding the intention to continue using e-learning courses by the employees of the Tunisian Post. The empirical results are fruitful, that may incite managers to adopt e-learning technology to meet the rising demand for the continuing education by their employees.
