Abstract
For many surgeons, rhinoplasty is the most complex and at the same time the most effective operation in the field of facial aesthetic surgery. One of the major causes of the complexity of rhinoplasty is the variety of problems and the variety of solutions proposed to resolve each problem. Obviously, this diversity can confuse and challenge younger and less experienced surgeons. Using the opinions of more experienced surgeons can certainly help youngers in this direction. In this chapter, we ask some of the most expert surgeons about the most challenging rhinoplasty topics of the day.
