Abstract
The fibrofatty changes in arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy most commonly affect the RV free wall segments. Involvement of the interventricular septum and left ventricle is also quite common and may increase the complexity of ventricular tachycardia ablation in these patients.
