Abstract

The scale of China’s home appliance business market has expanded geometrically in recent years. The online marketing platform for home appliance industry has gradually formed a unique sales pattern, and the competition between them has become increasingly fierce, such as Suning. Based on EVA enterprise value assessment, the company’s current situation is analyzed in detail. What’s more, this essay explain the reason of the use of EVA in detail. Suning’s problems in recent years have also been analyzed, such as financial issues and operational issues. Moreover, some systematically put forward relevant recommendations for these issues. SWOT analysis methods are also used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Suning in turn, and propose relevant Strategy.
