Akutschmerztherapie bei Patienten mit chronischen Schmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Sowohl bei operativen Patienten, als auch bei akuten Erkrankungen sind chronische Schmerzen im Sinne einer Komorbidität relevanter Risikofaktor für ungünstige klinische Verläufe. Dabei findet chronischer Schmerz als Komorbidität in der Akutmedizin bislang sowohl in Bezug auf Versorgungsstrukturen als auch auf Versorgungskonzepte wenig Beachtung. Jedoch benötigen gerade Patienten mit vorbestehenden Schmerzen oft differenziertere Konzepte, als die in der Regel meist unimodalen, auf Analgetika ausgerichtete Konzepte zur Behandlung auch akuter Schmerzen.
