Abstract
The term “multiloculated hydrocephalus” (MH) refers to the presence of an isolated CSF compartment or compartments within the ventricular system that may progressively enlarge despite a functioning shunt system (Spennato et al. 2004). It is a rare, severe, and variegated condition of increased intracranial pressure caused by enlarging isolated cystic or septated compartments within, or adjacent to, the ventricular system (Akbari et al. 2015).
