During her work and PhD, she gained research experience on different kinds of adult stem cells including bone marrow, adipose tissue and endometrium, its in-vitro attributes of self renewal and differentiation, and its therapeutic implications/applications. Her areas of interest and expertise include adult stem cells, regenerative biology, reproductive biology, diabetes, cancer stem cells and so on. She has more than 21 publications, of which 15 are indexed and 4 book chapters (Springer Verlag) to her credit and few more in pipeline.
