Plastic shaping of metal sheet

Abstract

The flow of an ideal rigid-plastic material deformed on a rigid tool in a torque-free shell is considered. In terms of the loading conditions, four sections may be distinguished. The mathematical description of the plastic shaping of metal sheet is given for each section.
