Abstract

The results of numerical-experimental investigations to determine the optimal parameters of melting furnaces of the “rotor” and “ladle” types intended for melting, synthesis, and thermotreatment of refractory materials in the optical scheme of the Large Solar Furnace (LSF) are presented.
