Abstract

The operating conditions of high-speed rolling bearings intended for aircraft engines are analyzed for operation in low-viscous fuel components. The extreme operating conditions are shown. The calculation procedure of bearing durability according to two operability criteria, i.e., contact fatigue resistance and the wear resistance of their working faces are grounded. The algorithm for calculating the high-speed bearings intended for the aircraft engines according to the aforementioned criteria is presented.
