Abstract.

In this study, we derive the Einstein field equations for the Morris-Thorne wormhole geometry within the concepts of the scalar tensor theory in the presence of a scalar field which depends on the radial co-ordinate r . We analyze the non-exotic matter aspects via the null energy condition (NEC) and represent the requirements necessary for the ordinary matter or electromagnetic radiation formation of the wormhole by the way we represent a non-exotic model. In addition, we express particular example of that model satisfying those requirements and the equations of motion.
