Abstract
These two versions of the VLT were developed by Schmitt, Schmitt, and Clapham (2001), where the validation evidence is presented. See Read (2000) for discussion of the test, and Nation and Gu (2007) for additional information on how to use and interpret the results. The test is © Norbert Schmitt, but is freely available for research and pedagogical purposes, as long as they are non-commercial.
