Influence of acupuncture on exercise-induced fatigue of middle-long distance runners

针刺治疗对中长跑运动员运动性疲劳的影响

摘要

目的

观察针刺治疗对青少年中长跑运动员半程马拉松比赛后身体机能恢复的影响。

方法

选取6 例18∼22 岁的中长跑运动员, 在一次国际半程马拉松比赛结束后4 h 进行针刺干预,以另一次间隔1 个月的小规模半程马拉松比赛为对照。 采用生化、 放免实验方法, 分别于其不训练及两次半程马拉松赛后4 h、 28 h 测试其外周血尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen, BUN), 肌酸激酶(Creatine Kinase, CK), 血睾酮(Testosterone, T)、 皮质醇(Cortisol, C)。

结果

两次半程马拉松赛后4 h 血清BUN、 CK 均有不同程度升高, T 值下降, 提示机体的运动能力下降, 产生了运动性疲劳, 针刺可帮助其指标恢复, 以T/C 比值反应更加敏感。

结论

针刺治疗有助于中长跑运动员赛后机能的恢复。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the influence of acupuncture on the restoration of body functions of the middle-long distance teenage runners after half Marathon.

Methods

Six cases of middle-long distance teenage runners at the age of 18–22 were selected. Acupuncture treatment was given 4 h after an international half Marathon. One month later, another small scale half Marathon was taken for the control study. By the biochemical and radioimmunological experiments, the peripheral blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatine kinase (CK), testosterone (T) and cortisol (C) were tested respectively 4 h and 28 h later after training and two half Marathon matches.

Results

Four hours after two half Marathon matches, serum BUN and CK were elevated in varying degrees and T value was decreased, indicating the decline of the physical ability and the appearance of exercise-induced fatigue. Acupuncture can help to restore the indexes, more sensitive in T/C ratio reaction.

Conclusion

Acupuncture treatment can help the middle-long distance runners to restore the physical ability after match.
