Abstract

We have investigated the influence of halo structure of nuclei on the fragment production for different equations of states. For this, we simulate the central reactions of \(^{37}\)Mg \(+\) \(^{37}\)Mg halo and \(^{36}\)Mg \(+\) \(^{36}\)Mg stable nuclei at different incident energies. Our detailed study indicates that the halo nuclei reactions can be vital in constraining the exact equation of state of nuclear matter.
