Fast Measurement Method of Non-contact Measurement for Oil Pipe with Screw Thread

Abstract

This paper proposes a non-contact fast thread measurement method for petroleum pipe tools based on binocular stereo vision measurement technology and 3D morphology splicing technology. The structure of the measurement system is designed, and the results show that the method can effectively measure the thread of petroleum pipe.
