Abstract
This chapter deals with the general principles that have been followed in the actual DIY Guide parts. While those aspects that are specific to a particular service type like teleconsultation or telemonitoring or remote care are dealt with dedicated chapters of their own, the aspects that are common to all of them are discussed in this chapter.
