Abstract
Polytechnics in Singapore were set up with the mission to train mid-level professionals to support the technological and economic development of Singapore. Republic Polytechnic (RP) is one of five polytechnics in Singapore entrusted with this role of enacting a practice-based educational system to prepare learners to contribute meaningfully to key industries and emerging fields of professionalism.
