Zusammenfassung
Ziel von Nudging ist, menschliches Verhalten durch die gezielte Gestaltung von Umgebungsfaktoren zu beeinflussen, ohne verbindliche Verhaltensvorschriften oder entscheidungsrelevante ökonomische Anreize zu setzen. Dieses verhaltensökonomische Konzept hält zunehmend Einzug in die internationale Politik. Auch im Gesundheitswesen rückt Nudging immer mehr in den Fokus, bietet es doch Lösungen für diverse Herausforderungen menschlichen Verhaltens in der Gesundheitsförderung und -versorgung. „läuft“, gegründet im Juni 2019, setzt sich daher in einer Vielzahl von Gesundheitsthemen für den vermehrten Einsatz verhaltenswissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse ein. Dies beinhaltet insbesondere die Beratung und Umsetzung verhaltenswissenschaftlich basierter Maßnahmen im Gesundheitswesen. Zusätzlich führt "läuft" auch eigenständig wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen durch. Hierbei ergeben sich zahlreiche Handlungsfelder im ambulanten und stationären Bereich, im Kontext digitaler Gesundheitskommunikation, Kommunikation mit Versicherten und Leistungserbringern durch Versicherungen, in Bezug auf Globale Gesundheit, die Förderung einer besseren Ernährung in öffentlichen, betrieblichen und privaten Räumen, als auch Ansätze zur bewegungs- und gesundheitsfreundlichen Gebäude- und Stadtplanung.
