Abstract

This paper describes mathematic model of multibody mass system of the C-axis over mentioned machine. C-axis is controlled with position feedback and its mathematic model is determined for observation of dynamic characteristic in the loadings working cycles before of machine prototype realisation. This multifunction turning centre is determinate for heavy duty roughing cutting of forged peaces, where is problem with dynamic stability of cutting process. Dynamic stability influeces the eigen frequences the complete torsion system. Positive effect of this conception is for dynamic stability damping on the worm gear.
