The latissimus dorsi pedicled musculocutaneous flap (with or without breast implant placement) is an alternative for selected patients requiring breast reconstruction.
This chapter describes indications, essential steps, variations, and complications of this procedure. It provides a detailed template operative note for the procedure. .
