Abstract
In this chapter the histologic features as well as the immunohistochemical findings of the most frequent jugular foramen tumors are presented. Precise histological diagnosis is required to manage the patient adequately. Patients with genetic syndromes have lifelong predisposition to develop paragangliomas. Genetic counseling and diagnostic testing should be offered to young patients with diagnosis of paraganglioma.
