Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Norway on the Maritime Delimitation in the Varangerfjord area – concluded in Moscow on July 11, 2007. It consists of five articles. Articles 1 and 2 defines the line that delimits the territorial waters, an exclusive economic zone, the continental shelf, and other maritime spaces governed by the International Law between the Russian Federation and Norway in the vicinity of Varangerfjord. During its definition, an Agreement between the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on the maritime border between USSR and Norway in Varangerfjord dated February 15, 1957 and a protocol containing the description of the delimitation line of the State maritime border between the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Norway in Varangerfjord demarcated in 1957 dated November 29, 1957 (Article 2) were taken into account.
