Abstract

Australia/Canada | Todd Babiak has worked as a place branding consultant and practitioner since 2011, when he happened upon the discipline by accident. He found place branding infinitely more meaningful than product or corporate branding, and far more difficult. With his companies Story Engine and Places are People he worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and Australia. After working on the Tasmanian brand as a consultant, he joined Brand Tasmania as CEO in mid-2019.
