Abstract

At present, the legal consciousness of the people in our country is becoming stronger and stronger, and the demand for legal related business is also increasing. Therefore, all kinds of lawyer affairs have been established. At present, there is a large amount of legal consulting business in Shenyang, and the traditional legal consulting business processing method is difficult to adapt to the current actual needs. In view of the smart phone application has become the current mainstream, so the research and development of legal consulting business software system using smart phone platform has become a development direction with broad market prospects. This paper analyzes the current situation of the legal consultation business in China, investigates and studies different ways of legal consultation business, A mobile legal consulting system is developed based on Android mobile phone platform. The mobile client software of the legal consulting system is designed and implemented. The user needs analysis, overall design, database design, detailed design, coding and other processes are completed; The core functions of the legal consultation system are implemented based on Android mobile operating system with Java language, including the user’s login and registration functions, legal information query functions, lawyer consultation functions, case analysis functions and information management functions.
