Samenvatting

Schildklierfunctiestoornissen kunnen nadelige effecten hebben op de zwangerschap en de ontwikkeling van de foetus. Tijdige diagnostiek en behandeling kunnen complicaties voorkomen. Deze bijdrage geeft een overzicht van de recente ontwikkelingen in de diagnostiek van schildklierfunctiestoornissen bij zwangere vrouwen, associaties met negatieve zwangerschapsuitkomsten en adviezen voor behandeling.
