Abstract.

We are reporting on a case of traumatic ankle penetration by the sting of a stingray that occurred in the West Indies. Clinical presentation, management and revue of the literature are also presented.

Résumé.

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de plaie pénétrante de la cheville due à une raie pastenague aux Antilles. Ces lésions ne sont pas exceptionnelles. Une conduite à tenir est proposée en s'appuyant sur ce cas et une revue récente de la littérature.
