Summary
3cases of extranasal gliomata are reported.
Plain skiagrams do not help to establish the size of communication between the tumor and the brain.
These three cases were dealt with by rhinotomy, Craniotomy is not considered necessary unless the communicating pedicle is very broad. Craniotomy if necessary should follow rhinotomy at the same sitting.
