Zusammenfassung
Bericht über einen Patienten mit monauralem fluktuierendem Hörverlust. Es bestand nur eine kochleäre Symptomatologie. Nach sechs Fluktuationsepisoden blieb der Hörverlust konstant.
Summary
A case of monolateral fluctuant hearing loss is described. The clinical picture, observed in a 57-year-old man, was characterized only by a cochlear symptomatology. After six episodes of fluctuant hearing loss, damage to the cochlear function remained permanent. Such clinical observations suggest some considerations of both clinical and pathogenetic order.
