Abstract
This paper reports a basic research on color blindness tests1) employing the microcomputer. The graphic display having 4096 colors and the tablet device are installed in the microcomputer. Ishihara’s Color Blindness Test and Lanthony’s Desaturated 15 Hue Test are employed in the research.
Figures may be generated by the tablet device at need. The examiner does not have to intervene in the test, as the examinee has the tests by himself watching the screens.2) The resutls of the tests are processed automatically, and then they are printed out. The good operational and inexpensive system is described and a few experiments are indicated.
