Abstract
The neuroradiological diagnosis for the demonstration of a cerebellopontine angle tumor should be initiated by a special examination of both petrous bones (representation of the pyramids in STENVER’s projection, in frontal projection, in TOWNE projection, in axial projection). Furthermore, tomography is necessary in order to visualize fine bone structures of the internal auditory canal.
