Abstract
Permittivity is one of the properties of a material that shows transmission of an external electric field. The study is going to determine the permittivity of urine for patients with benign breast tumour and patients with malignant breast tumuor. Samples of urine were collected from 20 subjects with benign breast tumour and 20 subjects with malignant breast tumour. The study determines the significant differences in permittvity between patients with benign breast tumour and patients with malignant breast tumour. The result showed that there were significant differences in permittivity between these groups of patients at certain frequencies.
