Zusammenfassung

Allgemeines Die Zwerchfellparese (ZP) ist meist einseitig, selten beidseitig. Die Nervi phrenici entspringen aus dem 3.–5. Spinalsegment. Linksseitig verläuft der Nerv neben der Aorta und dem Perikard. Durch seinen langstreckigen Verlauf ist dieser Nerv sehr vulnerabel.
