Abstract
Seeking to obtain optimal aesthetic results, reducing the recovery period, searching for the ideal and persistent filler material which would reduce the side effects, and avoiding physical or aesthetic complications it was decided to adopt the fat grafting tissue as a technique of beautification and reconstruction of the human body using large volumes of fat tissue harvested by the liposuction technique rather than the traditional prosthetic implants. In the author’s cases there were a few slight complications. The author recommends fat transfer to all patients for reconstructive and cosmetic purposes because of the clinical results, satisfaction of the patients, and the long term follow up of up to 16 years.
