Dr. Neal D. Barnard, MD, is the president of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. His most recent book, 21 - Day Weight Loss Kickstart, is a road map to a healthier diet and was featured in a recent PBS program, “Kickstart Your Health.”
