Abstract
We begin our tour at the fountain on the urban Schwarzenbergplatz, opened in celebration of the completion of the first Viennese mountain spring water supply and, taking the tram 71, we arrive after a short journey at Rennweg from where it is only a short distance on foot to the Botanical Gardens of the University of Vienna. Walking back down Rennweg, we turn left into Jacquingasse, then right at the next street until arriving at the main entrance, no. 2 Mechelgasse.
