Abstract

Disadvantages of mobile-bearings have us made aware of many advantages that can be attributed to the fixed type bearings. Consequently, advantages and disadvantages of fixed-bearings in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) cannot be discussed isolated but often in contrast to mobile-bearings (Table I).
