This is the most boring, BUT, probably one of the most important chapters of this book. It is just not easy to make humorous, glib or clever comments about why you need a safe-deposit box or how long to keep your tax records. Using the tortoise and hare analogy, this is clearly tortoise material, the mundane things you need to make it to the finish line. To borrow terms from classical music, this chapter would be played somewhere between andante (moderately slow) and adagio (moderately slow but moving).
