Abstract
The first part of this book contains a background necessary to determine how close to the truth the medical information written in an article is. If this information is not valid, then we cannot support its clinical application based on the arguments produced in the paper. This would be the case regardless of whether the findings appeared impressive, or whether the study conditions and our local environment were almost identical.
