Abstract

To achieve the objective of handling the activity of requirements engineering and management efficiently and effectively, we need to define the roles and responsibilities of all the agencies involved in the activity. Once defined, the concerned individuals ought to be trained to perform their roles in the letter and the spirit of the definition.
