Abstract
In this chapter we describe methods to replace an aortic valve using robotic tele-manipulation techniques. Details are given for the appropriate thoracic access as well as suturing methods and deployment of a prosthetic aortic valve. Also, We suggest indications and contraindications for this type of surgery and present our early outcomes.
