Abstract
Ray Martinez has had a regular game of soccer with his friends for years until a recent ankle injury kept him off the field. His doctor identified some damaged cartilage and Ray went into surgery to get it repaired. Even though it was an outpatient procedure, the doctor said that he wasn’t allowed to put weight on the ankle for 3 weeks.
