Abstract

Regardless of the nature of your business, you probably go through the same business cycle as other businesses to generate profit. As shown here, a typical business process starts with marketing, continues with sales, and ends up with support, it is a cycle in which customers are kept happy with the overall experience and that will start over with each new marketing campaign. You need to first market your business, then gather leads and turn them into potential buyers, and finally finish the deal successfully. However, closing a successful deal is not the last step, because you need to retain your customers and keep them loyal. The last thing you want to do is lose a good client to the competition.
