Abstract
This chapter is an introduction to OIS methods family analysis (Part II). Using the concepts from Chaps. 1–3 and LTS development process model, we perform development process plan optimization in all development steps saving all development states. The aims of this research work are: (1) to prove that the method reviewed is only valid for small technical system development optimization; (2) to create new LTS development optimization algorithms; (3) to explore these algorithms for finding new ways of method development. To achieve this goal we research system development process. The research has shown that in real development optimization tasks, it is necessary to consider only a small part of development states. This characteristic feature of optimization process gives opportunity to develop new dynamic optimization methods with a wider utilization range and a larger number of alternate development actions and development steps.
