DIZZYNET

In the DIZZYNET article collection, the Journal of Neurology publishes multidisciplinary translational research in vertigo and balance disorders. Articles published in this collection encompass the broad spectrum of topics from basic research to clinical application and from diagnostics to therapy.     Andreas Zwergal is director of the German Center for Vertigo and Balance Disorders (DSGZ) and senior physician at the Department of Neurology at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. His clinical focus includes the treatment of vertigo, balance, gait, movement and ocular motor disorders. Scientifically, he is involved in research into the pathophysiology of balance and gait disorders and the development of new therapeutic principles for patients with vestibular disorders. He is Guest Editor for the Journal of Neurology and responsible for the “DIZZYNET” article collection.
